NEW HOME SALES REPRESENTATIVE, Davis County Areas. Full-time position.

Must be a licensed Realtor in the State of Utah. Responsible for opening and managing a model home and community, presenting information to potential buyers, writting contracts and managing the buyer(s) from contract, through color selection, financing, inspections/orientations and closing. Also responsible for creating and stocking marketing materials in flyer boxes and model home, implementing marketing projects, performing quarterly comparitive analyses, prospect follow-through and managing current sales contracts and files. Must be willing to learn many aspects of construction, real estate, and mortgage lending. Computer, Marketing and Sales skills and experience preferred, but not required. Previous Real Estate experience is also a plus. Must be willing to provide transportation, cell phone and insurance. We offer a very competitive commission. Must be willing to work 12:30pm-7:30pm Monday-Saturday (one day off during the week) and attend sales training meetings. Must be self-starting, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and a strong work ethic. |
