Maintaining and protecting your home is a big job! Our full-time Customer Service Team is dedicated to providing you with the very best service and quality assistance, during and after the close of your new home.
During your Homeowner Orientation you will be introduced to the Customer Service Manager and the Benchmark Homes “Homeprofile Warranty Program.” Using web-based technology, our HomeProfile Program enables you, the homebuyer, to maintain, manage and archive all the different materials, subcontractors, documents, contracts, and service issues that were used specifically in your home for your continued protection.
Benchmark Homes will provide you with a state-of-the-art personalized binder, CD-ROM, and an online account. Inside each HomeProfile Benchmark will provide:
- All use and care manuals for every system, product and features in your home
- All Contract documents and change orders
- Home Owner Association documents and/or Covenants, Codes & Restrictions for your neighborhood
- Floor Plans and Homesite Plan
- Any other home or community information that may assist you
In addition to viewing your home information in your on-line or hard-copy binder account, HomeProfile also gives you the ability to submit your service or warranty requests online. Once submitted, our Customer Service Representative is notified via email. Benchmark Homes is then able to access your HomeProfile account in order to:
- Manage service requests accurately
- Create work orders for subcontractors to resolve issues promptly
- Provide notes to your Customer Service Account to keep you informed as to the status of your request
Benchmark Homes does not honor the 2-10 Warranty Program, like most builders in Northern Utah, simply because we want to offer the very best service in the industry. There are no affiliated warranty inspectors that you must pay to have inspect your home to deem it eligible to receive warranty coverage—we want to make finding solutions simple, precise, and cost-free!
